Step 1
Pre-drill and screw down the outer edge of the first deck board at every joist location using supplied stainless steel, trim head deck screw.



                                              



Step 2
Place a Fastenator in groove of the CorrectDeck Channeled board centered over each joist.







Step 3
Drive supplied trim head stainless steel screw through the centre hole of the Fastenator or fix with a 7/16" x 2" stainless steel staple through the line in the center of the Fastenator at a 90° angle.





Step 4
Starting at one end, slide your next Channeled board onto the exposed Fastenators of the first board. Install a single Fastenator at one end on the out-board edge to hold the board in place.




Step 5
While standing on the new board, pound it tight with a rubber mallet, then repeat steps 2 through 4 for the remaining boards.






Step 6
Pre-drill and install the last deck board by using screws through the outer edge at each joist location.
